Rachel Miller is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Pilates instructor. After transforming her life by losing over 120 pounds and keeping it off for 20 years, she hopes to use her experience to make an impact on her clients and help them feel as great as she does.
Rachel recently published her first book My Weight Loss Journey: Losing 120 Pounds and Keeping It Off. Her fitness and nutrition success stories have been featured on The Dr. Oz Show, local news stations, newspapers, The Buffalo News REFRESH magazine, Women's World “National Prevention Special.” She is the co-author of “Balance for Busy Mom's: Cook your way to Health". As the founder of Reform with Rachel, she focuses on weight loss issues and designs individualized nutrition and fitness programs for her clients.
